He is survived by: his wife Diana Cook; his children, Julie Whitaker (Les) and Steve Cook (Gabby); his mother Mona Cook; his nephew Matthew Cook; his brother-in-law Arnold "Gene" Smith; his niece Sabrina Webb; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katelyn, Ashley and Sarah Webb; his grandchildren, Carson, Izzy Cook, Triston, Cole Smith, Brooke, Drew Branan, Bonnie, Jonathan Swindal, Seth, Kristyn Whitaker, Austin Whitaker, Zach Whitaker, Cole Whitaker, Abby and Ben Solomon Wells; and his great grandchildren, Brynn, Beck, Grayson Branan, Eloise, Lucas Swindal, Finan and Kilian Whitaker.
