He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Dunn (Check) and Josephine Dunn (Josie); and his son John Wesley Ramsey. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Dunn (Monique), Iris Nichole Oxford (Blake) and Jolene Dunn; and his sisters, Mary Virden (Carol), Helen Robinson and Earlene Black. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Billy's name to the American Red Cross.
