She is survived by: her brother Sam Swayze (Dianne); her grandson Justin Mitchell (Meghan); her nephews, Chad Swayze, Jack Oaks (Beth) and Brad Oaks; her grandchildren, Tana Oaks, Brooke Oaks, London Oaks, Drake Oaks (Libby) and Elizabeth Cathey (Pacey); and her great grandchildren, Kinley, Kallie and Kolten Mitchell.
