She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Wayne and Estoria Pettus; and her brothers, Marcus Pettus and Allen Wayne. She is survived by: her husband A. D. Blanton; her children, Brent, Brittany and Braylin Blanton; and her siblings, Beverly Taylor (Larry), Constance Wayne (Helen) and Tonya Wayne (Gerald). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Serenity Funeral Home (1851 Marshall St, Little Rock, AR 72202). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mark Baptist Church (5722 W 12th St, Little Rock, AR 72204).
