He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tranquilino Venegas Pulido, Hilaria Barrayo, Cirilo Munoz Castellanos and Petra Napoles Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Gina Venegas; his son Billy J. Garthright; his parents, Rodolfo Venegas and Nicolasa Munoz De Venegas; and his siblings, Guillermo Venegas, Rodolfo Venegas, Josefina Venegas Munoz, Virgen Cristina Venegas Munoz and Gabriela Venegas Munoz. He is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews.
