With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Anna Helen Shock-Duke-Permenter of Little Rock, Arkansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, W. C. "Pink" Turley and Villa Turley; her husband Bill Permenter; and her siblings, Charles Turley, Jimmie Turley and Norma Jean Black.
She is survived by: her children, Paulette Knox (Robert) of Little Rock, Leslie Wiley (Dale) of Benton, Rusty Shock of Tulsa and Dina Tarkington (Marcus) of Benton; her grandchildren, Taylor Knox, Madison Knox, Andrew Tarkington, Macy Tarkington, Morgan Tarkington and Jordan Wiley; and her friend Anna Helen. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or Gentiva Hospice in her honor.
