She is survived by: her husband Walter "Butch" Middleton; her children, Jason Middleton (Robin), Ashley Middleton, Wendy Potter and Lindsey McCall; and her sister Mary Schulz (Dan). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
