He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Booth, Jr. and Willette Cockrell. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Jewel Coakley Booth; his children, Shashon Latee Booth and Courtney Lamon Booth; his goddaughters, Marsha Lloyd (Major) and Penny Arnette; his sisters, Lucretta Jackson and Carolyn Pettus; his uncle Billie Booth (Teresa); his aunts, Verneal Booth and JoAnn Booth; and his brothers-in-law, Erastus Coakley (Doris) and Lloyd Coakley (Garnett). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
