She is survived by: her siblings, William Fulmer, Royce Fulmer, Herman Fulmer, Cordie Mae Fulmer Black, Mirline Fulmer and Elsie Fulmer Mobley; her children, Cecil Lee Tramel, Kathy Marie and Ruby Lee Tramel; her granddaughter Shelby Tramel Hoskins; and her siblings, Oather "Sonny" Fulmer and Marie Carmichael.
