He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Cook and Willie Mae Cook; and his siblings, Cleveland Cook Jr., Lemuel Cook and Hattie Marie McCuien.
He is survived by: his wife Elois Cook; his children, Vidal Bernard Cook (Myia) and Gregory Allen Cook I; and his siblings, Robert Lewis Cook of Mayflower, AR, Leroyce Cook (Pamela) of St. Louis, MO and Mae Helen Hammonds of Mayflower, AR. He is also survived by four grandchildren; a host of other family and friends.
