He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Ledford and Virginia Carlene Phillips (Davenport); his sister Treycie Garner; and his uncles, Harlan Phillips, Chuck, Calvin and Bob Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Ginger Moore Phillips; his children, Daniel Heath Spiegel of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Veronica Carlene of Fayetteville and Heather Camille Basore of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Doug Brown of Featherville, Idaho, LaVetta Atterberry of Tulsa, Cheryl Carlson (Glenn) of Broken Arrow, Shannon Phillips of Oklahoma and Linda Delaney of Warrensburg, Missouri. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
