He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Richard and Orabelle Moore (Whiteley); his wife Elizabeth Moore; his siblings, Thomas Moore (Joe), Colleen Zentner and Wilma Dean Cheatham; and his grandsons, Michael Moore and Trenton Pretty.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Moore (Robin) of Lincoln, Rodney Moore (Tasha) of Haysville, Kansas and Brenda Dooling of Wichita, Kansas; his sister LaDon Ferguson of Houston, Texas; his grandchildren, Josh Moore (Kendra), Misty Cheatham (Dean), Laura Pretty, Nathan Dooling (Lynette), Seth Dooling (Maren), Brett Dooling (Angela), Taylor Moore and Mason Moore (Chelsea); and his great grandchildren, Noah Jack, Drew Moore, Derek, Hudson, Kate Cheatham, Cooper, Easton, McKenzie Pretty, Piercen Dooling, Hannah Scheuermann, Hadley Ostrander, Carolina, Laci, Madison, Kai, McKinley, Myles Dooling, Myla, Maggie and Conor Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
