Though Rhonda may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Rhonda leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Eugene and Judy Faye Ward (Vinson); and her husband Herman Joiner Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Chloe Joiner; her grandchildren, Aspen and Abilene Tash; her brother James Ward (Janet); her close friend Jeff Shaver; her nephews, James, Joel and Jacob Ward; and her cousins, Jackie and Lisa Ward.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Luginbuel Chapel (115 N Neal St, Prairie Grove, AR 72753).
