He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Guess and Addie Guess (Martin); his daughter Phyllis Johnson; and his siblings, Raymond, Dick, James Guess (Tex), Annie Wilson, May Bearpaw, Susie Hawkins and Dorothy Crawford.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Charlene Guess; his daughter Cindy Lou Hamilton (Chad); his stepchildren, Cindy Watkins, Linda Smith and Jimmy Smith (Tammy); his sisters, Rose Miller and Leona Guess; and his grandchildren, Shyanna Hamilton, Colton Crainshaw, Travis Smith, Jeremey Watkins (Meredith) and Brandy Curtis (Richard). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Lincoln Riding Club or Willard Walker Hospice.
