He is survived by: his friends, Earl Wallace, Sue Wallace, Geraldine Wallace and Nadine Stanton; his close friend Geneva Waymack; his children, Larry Phillips, II (Connie) of Pine Bluff and Michelle Maher (Chris) of Hot Springs; his siblings, James Phillips, Gary Phillips, Judith Stivers and Penny Shirley; and his family, Rhonda Fleming, Joyce Mitchell, David Chambliss, Chuck Chambliss (Lisa) and AJ Fleming. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
