He is survived by: his wife Sarah Phillips; his children, Kale Phillips and Hailey Phillips; his parents, Jeff Phillips of Park Hill and Lisa Phillips of Park Hill; his sister Megan Teehee (Brandon) of Park Hill; his brothers-in-law, Trey Reed of Lincoln and David Reed (Ting) of Houston; his nieces, Mahayla Teehee, Lydia Teehee of Park Hill, Zoe Reed and Sophie Reed of Houston; his grandparents, Tonya Hunt, Pat Hunt of Bunch, Bobby Schader and Lynn Schader of Farmington; and his great-grandparent Robbie Schader of Farmington.
