She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Collins and Ollie Collins (Holland); her husband Loyd Hulet; her grandson Timothy Waldrip; and her siblings, Harold Collins, Lovetta Yocum, Irene Bartles and Betty Adair.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Hulet (Nancy) of Lincoln, Arkansas, Jeannie Tomlinson (Larry) of Springdale and JoAnne Waldrip (Luke) of Rogers, Arkansas; her sister Deanie Harp of Westville, Oklahoma; her granddaughters, Amy Atkins (Kraig), Julie Adams (Scott), Laura Hall (Travis), Lisa Peck (Duaine), Jacqueline Perea (Al) and Samantha Adams (Tim); and her great grandchildren, Ella, Evie Perea, Emalee Peck, Baylor, Barrett, Brecken Adams, Evelyn, Ethan Adams, Ariah and Adalyn Childress. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
