He was predeceased by: his mother Sue Heisler; his wife Loretta Byars; and his brother Walter Dennis Byars Jr.. He is survived by: his father Ed Pershall of Lincoln, Arkansas.; his sister Dena Dodd; his daughter Terri Rae Boyd (Tyrell); and his granddaughters, Starla Lockman (Dom) and Krista Dersam (Cory).
A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Byars Family Home. Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
