She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee and Betty Samples (Nazworthy); her sister Velta Stroup; and her son-in-law Miles Lynn Patrick. She is survived by: her husband Ivan Huffmaster; her children, Ivan Huffmaster Jr. (Jennifer), Angela Redfern (Kevin) and Tabatha Patrick; her grandchildren, Robert James Headrick, Lauren Redfern (Robert Sands), Hannah Huffmaster (Brandon Bass), Caden Redfern, Mariah Huffmaster, Avery Patrick and Sagan Huffmaster; and her siblings, Roy Samples (Pamela), Steve Samples (Miranda), Timmy Samples, Joyce Dye (Johnny), Cheryl Stogdill, Cathy Russell (Jack) and Pam Raines (Rick).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville.
