He is survived by: his wife Kim Welch; his children, Michael Welch and Summer Maichle; his granddaughters, Sydrea and Hopee; and his siblings, David Welch (Lois), Phillip Welch (Charmaine) and Karen Harkins (Jeff). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
