He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon R Garcia and Victoria Garcia (Mosqueda); his wife JoAnn Garcia; and his sisters, Lilly Garcia, Sovedia Cruz (Marie) and Josephine Handy.
He is survived by: his children, Tarance Garcia, Traci Gardenhire (Joe) of Westville, Bonnie Robbins of Owasso and Cathie Pitts of Bella Vista, Arkansas; his sister Elena Garza; and his grandchildren, Ashley Gardenhire, Hannah Robbins, Natalie Robbins, Cole Robbins and Owen Robbins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
