He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Cunningham (Tash); his wife Shawna Mulvaney Cunningham; his children, Ashton VanSickel (Michael), Kalie Cunningham and Devon Cunningham; his sisters, Kimberly Wilson and Michelle Johnson; his grandchildren, Wyatt Bronx, Hadleigh, Lexi, Emberly, Tucker, Aleigha, Stetson and Rhett; and his aunts, Lauri, Cricket and Shannon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
