She was predeceased by: her parents, James Polson and Audie Cavett (Clark); her husband Vinace Melvin "Skeet" Cuzick; her sons, Melvin Lee Cuzick and Mark A. Cuzick; and her siblings, Mary Brock, Betty Waite, Mattie Pettit, Preston and Raymond Cavett.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Mary Jane Cuzick. She is also survived by four grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews as well as many good friends and neighbors.
