It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Cook of Lincoln, Arkansas, who passed away on October 24, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Gates and Edna Janes; and his sisters, Karen Bishop and Brenda Martin of Siloam Springs, AR.. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Colleen" Robison; his sons, Mark Cook (Michele) of Siloam Springs, AR. and Paul Cook (Delisa) of Siloam Springs, AR; his grandchildren, Dustin Brown (Ali), Dylan Cook (Samantha), Dalton Cook, Hadley Cook, Drew Cook and Cameron Harrington; his great grandchildren, Cayson Cook and AdiLou Brown; his siblings, Linda Gates, Barbara Ford, Terri Brooks, Kenneth Gates, Ricky Gates and Paul Gates; his stepmother Martha Gates; and his friends, Bob and Joyce Whitaker.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask memorials be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation-230 East Ohio Street.
