We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2021, at the age of 93, Billy Dee Osborn of Lincoln, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee Osborn and Isla Osborn (Rutherford); his significant other Evonne Osborn; his brother Tommy Gus Osborn; his grandson Ross Osborn; his granddaughter-in-law Cassie Osborn; and his nephew Bill Draper.

He is survived by: his children, Tommy Osborn (Cindy) of Alma, Arkansas and Karen Coleman (Dale) of Farmington, Arkansas; his brother-in-law Dale Hudson (Gerri) of Holiday Island, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Coleman (Kathleen), Nathan Osborn, Phillip Coleman (Jennifer) and Megan Jobe (Keron). He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; four nephews and numerous close extended family.
