He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Elmer High and Elsie Lee Upton. He is survived by: his wife Shanna High; his children, Caitlin Eckert (Seth), Lindsay Morgan High, Samantha Daly, Joel High Jr. (Alissa), Ean Daly and Evan Daly; his grandchildren, Layken High, Eden High, Annabelle Eckert, Ameila Eckert and Jameson Saylor; and his siblings, Jerry High (Penny) and Jayne High. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
Due to covid restrictions, the service will be private.
