She was predeceased by: her husband Morris Martin; her former husband Troy Young; her son Troy L. Young Jr.; her great grandchild Julius Cain Goatley; and her brothers, Lawrence Perry and Norman Alford.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Martin (Cathy) of Junction City, Sammy Martin (Cindy) of Junction City, Barbara Young Caldwell (Eddie) of Danville, Brenda Young Goatley (John) of Springfield and Helen Powell (Lecky) of Junction City; her siblings, James Calvin Alford (Betty) of South Carolina, Richard Alford (Caroline) of Harrodsburg and Delores Cornett of Waynesburg; her grandchildren, Dutch Martin, Cody Martin, Tori Martin, Ashley Martin, Lecky Powell, Mikaela Powell, Devin Caldwell, Brent Caldwell, John Robert Goatley and Michael Goatley; her great grandchildren, Morgan Caldwell, Donavan Caldwell, Olivia Caldwell, Bryce Caldwell, Kaiten Goatley, Kajei Goatley and Carlie Ann Goatley; and her great great grandchild Ryder Caldwell.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations are suggested to St Jude's Hospital and Heritage Hospice.
