He was predeceased by: his parents, William Johnson, (Althea Johnson, Sr.) and Althea Johnson, Sr.; his brothers, William Johnson, Jr. and Curtis Jones; and his children, Harold Johnson, Crystal Johnson and Mary Young.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Johnson of Lexa, AR; his children, Robert Johnson, Jr. (Charlotte) of Katy, TX, Venus Marshall (Leroy) of Pine Bluff, AR and Valerie Finley of West Helena, AR; and his siblings, George Johnson of Blue Island, IL, James Johnson (Lois) of South Holland, IL, Floyd Johnson (Cynthia) of Riverdale, IL, Freddie Johnson (Allen) of Scott, AR, Nathaniel Johnson (Carolyn) of Barton, AR and Lola Johnson of Illinois. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a host of cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
