She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Pepper Moore and Roy Archie Moore; her husband William E. "Butch" Caldwell; and her son James Keith Caldwell. She is survived by: her son Ted Caldwell of Lexa, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Tiffany Boelens, Marissa Jett, Jason Haynes, Summer Caldwell, Katie Caldwell and Emma Scaife; and her great grandchildren, Charles Harris, Jr., Peyton Harris, Parker Boelens, Annsley Boelens, Colton Malone and Autumn Williams.
