He is survived by: his wife Eugenia Oxner Boals (Jeannie); and his sister Annette O'Neal (Jim).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rondo Baptist Church (201 Estes, Lexa, AR 72355). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
