He is survived by: his wife Kay Smith of Lewisville, Arkansas.; his children, Jerry Lee Smith Jr. (Megan) of Magnolia, Cody Smith (Hannah) of Taylor, Arkansas., Heather Munson (Phillip) of Maumelle and Bridgette McMillan (Clint) of New Boston Texas; his brother Larry Smith (Mary) of Hooks; and his grandchildren, Lane McMillan, Madison Munson, Grant Munson, Cash McMillan, Ella Snider, Audrey Smith and Annie Smith.
