He was predeceased by: his parents, Delilah Powell Parks and Glenn A. Parks, Sr.; and his sister Modena Parks Jester. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Parks McClendon; his nieces, Dr. Greta Parks and Lana Parks Davis; his grandchildren, Hilary Herndon, Samantha Davis Harrington, Caroline Parks and Olivia Parks; his great grandchildren, Parker, Penelope Chunn, Delilah Parks and Judah Harrington; and also Tony Peterson.
