He is survived by: his wife Maggie Eubanks of Lewisville, Arkansas; and his children, Timothy Eubanks of Lewisville, Arkansas, April Helms (Philip) of Bradley and Kristin Bascoe (Chris) of Stamps, Arkansas. He is also survived by two grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
