He was predeceased by: his parents, Fibron Wilson and Norma Heath (Byrd); his wife Brandie Heath (Foust); and his siblings, J. W. Heath, Franklin "Frog" Heath, Joy Mae Heath, Bernice Horton, Eunice Francis Heath, Dean Fortenberry and Barbara Louise Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Steen (Buddy) of Oil Trough; and his sisters, Katherine Williams of Missouri, Diane Brinsfield of Newport and Beatrice Tulledge of South Bend, Indiana..
