He was predeceased by: his wife Jewell Dean Mitchell Kelley; his brothers, Lonnie David Kelley, Cecil Kelley and Floyd Kelley; his children, Johnny Kelley and Donald Kelley; his sister Ella Mae Kelley; his son-in-law Randy Dutton; and his great grandchild Haley Delossantos.
He is survived by: his children, Grace Marie Dutton (Brandon), William Ernest Kelley (Sandra), Mary Kathryn Kirk (David) and Maria Ann Kelley; his grandchildren, Angie King, Wendi Dutton, Kelli Newberry, William Kelley, Keisha Kelley, Cody Kelley, Courtney Kelley and Blake Kelley; and his siblings, Rose Bearden, Grace LaVerne Williford and Loyd Kelley. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren.
