She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Smith of Loxahatchee, FL and Sarah Mulford of Leslie; her grandchildren, Brian Smith, Christopher Smith, Seth Perry, Jordan Archote, Cetan Archote, Joey and Lucas; and her siblings, David Lock of California and Phyllis Lustgarten. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
