He was predeceased by: his parents, Lennie J. Lewis and Eva Elaine Davis Lewis; his son Charles "Chuck" Lewis; and his brothers, Steven Breedlove and Daniel Breedlove.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Amethyst Lewis of Leslie, Jacob Lewis of Leslie and Katherine Rodgers of Conway; and his daughter-in-law Rebecca Lewis Parks of Leslie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Roller Coffman Funeral Home (923 US-65, Marshall, AR 72650). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
