It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Kirk of Leslie, Arkansas, born in Harrison, Arkansas, who passed away on November 7, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though David has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Kirk and Cora Lee Willoughby Kirk; and his wife Mary Kathryn Kirk. He is survived by: his brother James W. Kirk (Teresa) of Farmington; his aunt Minnie Ward of Paintsville Kentucky; his nephews, Jason L. Kirk of Harrison, James D. Kirk of Fayetteville and Blake Kelley (Tori) of Marshall; and his sisters-in-law, Maria Blair (Kenneth) of Witts Springs and Marie Dutton (Brandon) of Garfield.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Marshall Memorial Gardens (1277 US-65, Marshall, AR 72650).
