She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Treat and Leda Treat; and her husband John Powell. She is survived by: her children, Mark (Elaine) of Longview, Jerry Powell of Veedersburg, Deborah Powell of Leslie and Pamela (Rick) of Conway, Arkansas; her sister Evelyn Horton of Kansas City, Missouri; her uncle Bruce Gray; and her aunt Bobbie (Lawrence). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
