He is survived by: his wife Donna Hawkins of Leslie, Arkansas; his children, Paul Hawkins of Holiday Island, James Hawkins of Hector, John Hawkins (Amanda) of Perryville, Arkansas, Carla Alexander (Joel) of Center Ridge and Melinda Coffman of Florida; and his siblings, Thomas Anthony Flowers of Center Ridge, Arkansas and Mary Lou Willis (Tommy) of Center Ridge, Arkansas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
