He is survived by: his mother Betty Jones Maddox of Marked Tree; his girlfriend JoAnn Holt of Lepanto; his sons, Clay Maddox of North Carolina, Matthew Maddox (Nikki) of Lepanto, Robert Wallace of Lepanto and Jonathan Holt of Lepanto; and his siblings, Susan McGuire (Allen) of Tyronza, Janet Parham of Marked Tree, Joey Maddox (Dena) of Marked Tree and Donald Maddox of Marked Tree.
