He is survived by: his children, Greg Kelley of Lepanto, AR, Tony Kelley of Manila, AR and Lisa Hillegas (Johnny) of Lepanto, AR; and his siblings, Joe Kelley (Rita) of Clinton, KY, Richard (Patty), Robert Kelley (Jeanette) of Holland, MO, Glenn Kelley (Aletha) of Jackson, TN, Jackie Kelley (Ann) of Leachville, AR, Sharon Reed (Jimmy) of Manila, AR and Marie Rustin of Yukon, OK. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
