She was predeceased by: her parents, Willo Maddox and William Andrew Lemons; her husband William Murray Clem; her siblings, Lois Morrow, Des Clem, Oska Potter, William "Buddy" Lemons, Billy Joe Lemons and Ray Lemons; and her grandson-in-law Larry Egbert.
She is survived by: her children, Billie Williams (Jimmy) of Marion, AR and Mike Clem of Millington, TN; her grandchildren, Diana Lugar (Robbie), Pam Betts, Lori Egbert, Jimmy Don Williams, Jr. (Cynthia) and John Michael Clem (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Dr. Emily Jayne Lugar, Dr. Hanna Renee Smith (Drew), Sara Betts, Jimmy Don Williams III, Jack Williams, Lillian Williams and Ella Egbert; and her brother Wayne Lemons. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
