He is survived by: his close friend Peggy Murphy; his son Jason Holt of Lepanto; his stepchildren, John Murphy (Jennifer) of Bassett, Shane Murphy (Tasha) of Dyess and Heidi Murphy (Jeremy Smith) of Hornbeak; and his siblings, Thomas Holt (Elaine) of Chelford, Randy Holt (Rhonda) of Lepanto, Sissy Blagg (Ricky) of Dyess, Bidy Eaton (Rickey) of Marked Tree and Lisa Holt of Marked Tree. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
