She was predeceased by: her parents, Issac Edward Roach and Cora Hollins-Roach; her husband Thomas Carter Sr.; and her daughter Donna Carter. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Carter Jr. of Trumann, AR, Sandy Gann of Hardy, AR, Linda Lawrence of Trumann, AR, Sherry Long (Tim) of Jonesboro, AR and Angela Cottingham (Bo Wilson) of Bay, AR.; and her sisters, Beatrice Hays of Lepanto, AR. and Joyce Ann Kelly of Lepanto, AR.. She is also survived by her fifteen grandchildren, thirty-eight great-grandchildren, and twenty-eight great-great-grandchildren.
