He is survived by: his mothers, Shirley Tyler and Angie Rodgers of Lepanto; his brother Courtney Rodgers of Lepanto; his grandparents, Shirley Adams of Manila and Clyde Rodgers of Lepanto; his fiancé Ashley Girdley of Lepanto; and his partner's son Dalton Fletcher.

Jonathan's wish was that his body be donated to the Stanford Medical School.
