He was predeceased by: his wife Stacy Hendrix; and his siblings, Lonnie Hendrix, James Wheeler Hendrix, Mattie McWilliams, Lizzie Travis and Thelma Wood.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Hendrix, Jr. of Lepanto, AR, Ray Hendrix of Lepanto, AR, Howard Hendrix of Lepanto, AR, Freddie Hendrix of Lepanto, AR and Brenda Fisher of Lepanto, AR; and his sister Hattie Groom of Fort Meade, FL. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, one great grandchild and one great great grandchild.
