He is survived by: his mother Ann Holt of Lepanto; his children, Austin Holt of Lepanto, Bryce Smith of Fayetteville, Jayda Ann Holt of Lepanto and Bailey Holt of Benton; his sisters, JoAnn Holt (Phillip Maddox) of Lepanto, Mary Holt of Lepanto and Vida Holbrook of Dyess; and his aunts and uncles, Thomas Holt (Elaine) of Tyronza, Randy Holt (Rhonda) of Lepanto, Lisa Sellers of Tyronza and Sissy Blagg (Ricky) of Dyess.
