He is survived by: his wife Billie Jean Dewailly of Lepanto; and his children, Jack C. Dewailly Jr. (Retsy), Ronald Dewailly of Lepanto, Charles Dewailly of Homestead, Bert Dewailly (Jane Marie), Larry Dewailly (Debbie Harris) and Laura Johnson (Keith). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
