He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Medders Sr. and Trotty Myrtle Lay Roark; his sons, Steven Wayne Roark and Anthony Dale Roark; the mother of his children Novella Lumley Roark; and his siblings, Joseph William Roark, Jesse Medders Roark Jr., Barbara Halcom and Sue Franks.
He is survived by: his wife Carline Freeman Roark of Lepanto; and his children, Clifford Ray Roark (Laquita) of Hickory Ridge, Gary Prentice Roark (Barbara) of Keiser, Jimmy Doyle George (Mary) of Lepanto and Donna Rash (Harold) of Lepanto.
Due to COVID-19 Mask are required upon entering the building and must be worn at all times while in the building.
